I love how this workshop has helped so many yogi’s develop their practice. Many of you have been to more than one of these workshops and it’s so beautiful to watch your confidence in your practice grow.
This workshop was born out of my desire to spread the feeling of empowerment our bodies experience when we come to master intermediate postures. A safe space will be created for you to develop your practice, challenge yourself and play.
When I started yoga there were so many poses I thought I could only dream of being able to achieve one day. As my practice started to progress, there would be stages in a class where I would look around the room - gawp at the incredible shapes bodies were making around me, not having any idea how to get into them. Often in classes, advanced postures are not broken down meaning we become embarrassed or frightened to try.
