A long weekend in East Sussex. Immerse yourself in Yoga, meditation and beautiful scenery surrounding Florence House.

Sophie and Jacqui will guide you through a range of yoga practices, from dynamic vinyasa to soothing, candlelit yin in a cosy yurt. Whether you’re looking to earth or flow with fire, we’ll help you experience the energy you’re looking for on this weekend escape. Rates include a daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Expect a nourishing selection of dishes to be enjoyed in each other’s company. We’ll take a refreshing coastal walk and explore the surrounding landscape. If you’re feeling adventurous, bring your swimmers for a quick dip

2 NIGHTS ACCOMMODATION Enjoy two nights accommodation at Florence House, sat at the tip of South Downs. A stone’s throw from the wildness of the Downs, expect expansive views, a soothing sea breeze, private and shared tranquil rooms, and a place of inspiration and calm.
DELICIOUS MEALS Rates include a daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Expect a nourishing selection of dishes to be enjoyed in each other’s company. Feel free to bring your own wine for dinner.
COASTAL WALK A group hike to the scenic seven sisters cliffs.
MASSAGE As part of your retreat package, enjoy a 45-min massage - your choice of deep tissue or swedish!
TIME FOR YOU Take all the time you need to reflect and reset, whether snuggling up with a book by the fire, quietly exploring the gardens, or forest bathing within our own private grounds.
OPTIONAL SAUNA: Located down the road from Florence House sits The Seaford Nomandic Sauna. For an optional £16.00 you can enjoy a one hour sauna session, ice bath or for the brave- straight into the sea!

By Train: Arrival station is Seaford. Trains leave from London Victoria to Seaford via Lewes (1 change). Journey time is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes

By Car: Address for sat nav: Southdown Rd, Seaford BN25 4JS. There is plenty of free on site parking.
