Join Sophie Heatley and Jacqui Ho for a fun and fiery afternoon of heart opening, arm balancing, back-bending and all-round yoga fun!
We'll be encouraging you to really tap into your Tapas (inner fire) building strength, resilience and belief! :-)
WHAT WILL YOU EXPLORE?
• Dynamic Drills to build fire and strength
• Fun transitions into and out of arm balances (such as crow, side crow, flying splits, forearm stand, headstand, and more) and backbends such as (wild thing to wheel, forearm wheel, royal pigeon, and more).
• How to use props to build confidence with going upside down and backbending safely
There will be a break to refuel with nutritious and delicious juices, teas, and snacks and rounding off with a soothing, grounding restorative yoga into yoga nidra.
Please note that this workshop is not ideal for absolute beginners, but more recommended for those looking to start to explore transitions into and out of backbends and into and out of arm balances. However, there will be zero pressure to try anything away from the teacher’s support or a wall if you don’t feel comfortable.
Come fly, open and build some heat with us with this challenging, energising but empowering workshop.
