Take time out to pause - just for yourself.
A guided Yin practice working deep into the body. Passive poses are held for a period of time. Yin yoga works into the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians.
This is in contrast to a Yang Yoga practice such as Vinyasa yoga which targets the muscles.
Within the poses, we find stillness, and in the stillness, we find our peace.
The practice will close with a sound bath and reading of Yoga nidra to lead you into a state of consciousness between being awake + asleep.
Suitable for all levels.
