A guided Yin practice working deep into the body. Passive poses are held for a period of time. Yin yoga works into the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. This is contrast to a Yang yoga practice such as Vinyasa yoga which targets the muscles.
Within the poses, we find stillness, and in the stillness, we find our peace.
The practice will close with Yoga nidra + singing bowl.
