Come and do Sum Yoga with me on January 5th, 2019 in Angel Islington!

Start your first 2019 weekend back from work with an invigorating yoga practice followed by an introduction to gong meditation and Yoga Nidra to lead you into deep relaxed state.

£15 per person for a 2 hour event.

Followed by herbal tea and vegan treats!

Yoga mats provided but you are welcome to bring your own!

Also recommended to bring a warm jumper, cozy socks or even a blanket for your guided meditation.

P.s- You won’t get told off if you fall asleep zzzz….
